If our reports don't give you genuine insight into your startup idea, we'll refund you — no questions asked within 30 days of purchase.
We built IdeaScore.ai because we genuinely believe founders deserve honest feedback before risking their time and money. We'd rather refund someone than have them feel burned by a product that didn't deliver value. That's why we offer one of the most straightforward refund policies in the startup tools space.
That said, we've had to define clear boundaries so the policy remains sustainable and fair for all users. Please read the details below before requesting a refund.
You paid but the system failed to produce your report due to a technical error on our end.
You received your report but it doesn't provide useful insight and you contact us within 30 days of purchase.
You accidentally purchased the same report twice for the same idea within 24 hours.
You purchased the Business Setup India service and our representative has not yet initiated your onboarding call.
You received the report, read it fully, and simply changed your mind about the idea. Reports are fully delivered digital goods.
Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date are not eligible.
The Business Setup India service is not refundable once our representative has initiated your registration process with government portals.
Purchases made using fraudulently obtained or misused coupon codes are not eligible for refunds and the account may be suspended.

Send your refund request to hello@ideascore.ai with the subject line "Refund Request — [Order ID]". Include your registered email address and the order ID from your confirmation email.
A brief explanation helps us improve the product. You don't need to write an essay — one or two sentences is fine. This is optional but appreciated.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. For straightforward cases, we typically process same-day.
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method (card, UPI, or net banking). Processing time depends on your bank — typically 5–7 business days after approval.
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks are costly for small businesses, and we are committed to resolving disputes fairly and quickly. If you contact us first, we can almost always resolve the issue faster than a bank dispute process.
Fraudulent chargebacks for delivered reports will result in permanent account suspension and may be reported to payment processors.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India) or other applicable consumer protection legislation. If you believe our policy is unfair or unlawful, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or your state's consumer disputes forum.
For disputes not resolved directly with us, you may also use the Online Consumer Mediation Centre (OCMC) portal operated by the Government of India.
