By accessing or using IdeaScore.ai (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and IdeaScore Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013 with its registered office in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("IdeaScore," "we," "us," or "our").
IdeaScore.ai offers AI-powered startup idea validation, market research summaries, competitor analysis, financial projections, pitch deck generation, and business registration assistance (collectively, "Services"). The Platform is designed to help founders and entrepreneurs assess the viability of business ideas.
All AI-generated outputs — including IdeaScores, market size estimates, competitor lists, financial projections, and strategic recommendations — are generated algorithmically based on publicly available data and trained models. They represent analytical estimates, not authoritative research, legal advice, or financial advice. You should not make significant financial or business decisions based solely on IdeaScore reports without independent verification.
The Business Setup India service is delivered by human representatives and involves coordination with third-party government portals. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on regulatory processing times outside our control.
Certain features of the Platform require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make purchases on the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are found to be using the Platform for purposes that harm other users or third parties.
All purchases on IdeaScore.ai are one-time transactions for specific reports or service packages. There are no recurring subscriptions unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement. The Pro Plan (available on our Pricing page) is a monthly recurring subscription at ₹2,399 per month, which renews automatically unless cancelled by the user from the account dashboard. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card details on our servers. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the displayed amount to your chosen payment method.
Promotional coupon codes are single-use, non-transferable, and subject to expiry dates. We reserve the right to revoke coupons if misuse is detected. Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

The Platform, including its design, code, algorithms, brand marks, and all original content created by IdeaScore.ai, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Platform without prior written consent.
When you submit an idea to the Platform, you retain full ownership of that idea. By submitting, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your input through our AI models to generate your requested report. We do not claim ownership of your business ideas.
AI-generated reports purchased on IdeaScore.ai are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. You may share them with co-founders, investors, and advisors. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish reports as your own original research.
Our AI systems generate content based on pattern recognition and statistical models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. IdeaScore scores and reports are provided "as is" and represent one analytical perspective, not a definitive assessment of business viability.
Market size figures, competitor data, and financial projections are illustrative estimates derived from algorithmic analysis of public data. They are not sourced from licensed research databases (such as Gartner, IDC, or similar) unless explicitly stated. Treat them as starting points for your own research, not as final figures for investor materials.
The "Investor Roast" and "Startup Graveyard" features include simulated critical feedback intended to help founders stress-test their ideas. These are AI-generated and should not be interpreted as endorsements, personalised investment opinions, or predictions of success or failure.
You agree not to use the Platform to: submit ideas that promote illegal activities or violate applicable law; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models or scoring algorithms; create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or coupon restrictions; upload malicious content or attempt to compromise Platform security; impersonate other individuals or organisations; or use automated tools to submit ideas in bulk without prior written consent.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.
Your privacy matters to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We collect the business idea text you submit, your contact information, payment data (processed by third-party providers), and usage analytics. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Submitted idea text may be used in anonymised, aggregated form to improve our AI models unless you opt out via account settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IdeaScore.ai and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or reliance on AI-generated reports.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to IdeaScore.ai in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The Platform complies with the Information Technology Act 2000, the Consumer Protection Act 2019, and applicable data protection regulations including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
For the Business Setup India service, we act as a facilitation and coordination service. We are not a legal firm, chartered accountancy firm, or company secretary firm. We coordinate with empanelled professionals for regulatory filings. Regulatory approval timelines from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GSTN, and other government bodies are outside our control.
GST is applicable on all purchases at rates prescribed by Indian tax authorities. GST invoices are issued to users who provide valid GSTIN details during checkout.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are significant, notify registered users via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you disagree with a change to these Terms, you may discontinue use of the Platform and request deletion of your account by contacting us at hello@ideascore.ai.
